The role available is a part-time Food and Beverage team member position at Renaissance Hotels non-management level. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a vibrant hospitality environment. The position requires employees to undertake various responsibilities including opening and closing tasks, organizing supplies and instruments, maintaining cleanliness across equipment and work areas, and securing the premises. Employees take and enter orders using the MICROS system, prepare food and coffee, and handle customer payments efficiently and accurately. They ensure that appliances such as coffee machines are operated at appropriate times and that dining areas remain clean and orderly throughout the day.

Job Duties

- clean tables and coffee cart areas
- keep dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment clean throughout the day
- handle cash transactions and reconcile cash register
- complete designated cashier reports
- resolve discrepancies
- secure the cash register
- comply with company safety policies and report safety hazards
- maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene
- protect company property and confidentiality
- support team members and uphold respectful interactions
- assist supervisors with other reasonable work tasks
