The Barista role at Sodexo Live, located at T-Mobile Park, is a part-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $23.75 per hour. As a Barista, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality, handcrafted beverages that meet individual customer preferences. Your responsibilities will span greeting guests warmly, mixing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit blend beverages, and ensuring speedy delivery of orders.

Beyond beverage preparation, this role emphasizes creating positive guest interactions and educating customers about menu offerings to encourage suggestive selling. The Barista will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and related areas, handle cash transactions following strict procedures, and manage inventory and supplies to present an attractive service area.
