As a Barista, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality, handcrafted beverages that meet individual customer preferences. Your responsibilities will span greeting guests warmly, mixing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, chai, and fruit blend beverages, and ensuring speedy delivery of orders.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- experience in customer service
- knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control systems
- ability to work flexible shifts including days and varying hours
- capability to stand or walk for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- willingness to perform additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- customer service related work experience
- knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems
- certification for Starbucks baristas may be required
Job Duties
- Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc., while considering customer specifications
- maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all beverages and food items
- educate guests regarding menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
- arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to make attractive displays
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas regularly
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash register, and follow all cash-handling procedures
- exhibit significant walking or other means of mobility
- demonstrate ability to walk or stand for extended periods, often exceeding 8 hours
- reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
