Effective communication skills, customer interaction, and teamwork are vital for success. The position offers a rare chance to be part of a renowned brand with access to comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance programs for full-time workers. Additionally, employees in Washington state enjoy paid sick leave, paid time off accrual, and holiday eligibility, enhancing the overall work-life balance.

Joining Sheraton means becoming a valuable member of a diverse, global community dedicated to excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction. The workplace encourages a clean and professional appearance, collaborative spirit, and commitment to quality assurance standards. Employees are supported with training for safety and operational procedures, fostering continual personal and professional growth.
