This Barista role is designed to provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and specialty fruit blends. The position demands a commitment to customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and operational efficiency. Working predominantly weekdays across morning and afternoon or evening shifts, the role offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.50, contributing to a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

In this role, the Barista will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and providing personalized service to enhance the overall customer experience. Alongside beverage preparation, the Barista will educate guests about menu offerings and actively engage in suggestive selling to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintaining clean and sanitary preparation areas, as well as handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, are essential functions. The job requires physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and the ability to handle some lifting and pushing tasks.
