We are currently seeking a Full-Time Barista to join our team in Lexington. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, espresso, and other hot and cold beverages, adhering strictly to established recipes and standards to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction. The position requires interacting directly with customers, taking orders, providing information about menu items, and delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service. In addition to beverage preparation, the Barista will also prepare food items when needed, operate the cash register, and handle transactions accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to federal, state, and local sanitation regulations is crucial in this role, along with routine equipment cleaning and reporting any malfunctions. Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs effectively ensures that the service runs smoothly at all times.

This role does not require prior experience, making it an excellent entry point for candidates new to the hospitality or customer service industries. Strong customer service skills, effective communication, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this position. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred but not mandatory.
