Attention to detail and speed are key, as you will ensure timely delivery of beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the coffee bar and preparation areas. Beyond beverage preparation, the role includes educating guests about menu options, encouraging sales through suggestive selling, and managing inventory displays with organized and attractive arrangements of supplies and utensils.

Physical stamina and mobility are important aspects of this role, as Baristas often stand or walk for long periods, lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally, and maintain active participation throughout their shifts. The role also involves handling cash transactions accurately, recording sales, and adhering to all cash-handling protocols, enhancing trust and operational integrity.
