Accredited by the Council on Accreditation, the organization adheres to the highest national standards in professional performance, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

The facility emphasizes creating an environment that supports recovery and health through collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches. This mission-driven organization continually seeks talented professionals to join its team and contribute to its goal of transforming lives and restoring relationships within the community.

The current opening is for a temporary full-time Barista position within Bridgeway’s growing Culinary team. This six-month assignment offers an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about customer service and skilled in coffee and tea preparation to be part of an innovative healthcare setting. The position involves preparing coffee and tea beverages, educating customers on menu items, handling orders and payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

In this role, the Barista acts as a frontline representative of Bridgeway Community Health, engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their beverage preferences and make informed recommendations. The individual will work with various coffee blends and brewing equipment, requiring knowledge of espresso machines, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting potential issues. This role not only requires technical skills but also a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and reliability.

The Barista position offers potential for transition to a regular full-time role, providing stability and growth within the culinary services team. This makes it an excellent opportunity for those seeking both short-term engagement and long-term career potential at a respected healthcare organization. Compensation will be based on experience and credentials, with the added benefit of a stipend for bilingual Spanish/English employees. The employment start date is anticipated to be by the last week of June or sooner, offering a prompt commencement for interested candidates.

Bridgeway Community Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity, welcoming applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, gender, veteran status, or disability.
