The Barista must maintain high standards of cleanliness in work and stock areas, ensure accurate food preparation and portioning, and operate the cash register for transactions.

Key duties involve preparing drinks and food items according to established recipes, managing inventory, and assisting with kitchen operations such as product assembly, food prep, and the use of blending machines. Additionally, the Barista is responsible for baking duties, including rolling, cutting, shaping dough, and monitoring baking processes. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving supplies up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
