This job opening is for a full-time Barista position at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin under Sodexo’s management. The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.50. As a Barista, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional and personalized customer service while preparing high-quality hand-crafted beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and fruit blends. You will engage directly with guests, greeting them warmly and ensuring their beverage experience is enjoyable and meets their specifications. Physical stamina is essential for this position as it requires standing or walking for extended periods, often exceeding 8-hour shifts. You’ll need to be able to lift or move weights up to 35 pounds frequently and sometimes up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and punctuality are vital to this role, supporting smooth shift operations.
