This role is designed for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, engaging environment. As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences by providing fast, friendly service and consistent, high-quality products. This position requires adherence to company processes and procedures and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The Barista will engage customers by greeting and connecting with them, answering their questions, and educating them about Scooter's products. The role also involves suggestive selling of gift cards, complementary or additional products, and merchandise.

Key responsibilities include soliciting and entering orders, processing payments swiftly and courteously, and managing the cash drawer following established procedures. The Barista must prepare and serve drinks according to specific recipe and presentation standards and deliver products promptly while correctly identifying each order. Maintaining cleanliness and operation of store equipment, restocking workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise, and ensuring tidy coworker and customer areas are integral parts of the role.
