The role of a Barista at Da Vien Coffee is central to the company’s mission of providing an outstanding customer experience. Baristas are entrusted with the responsibility of taking accurate and courteous guest orders, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring that each beverage and food item meets the company's high-quality standards. Beyond beverage preparation, this role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café, from stock management to ensuring the cleanliness of tables, chairs, and coffee equipment. Baristas are expected to work efficiently at various stations within the café and maintain effective communication with management and team members to sustain smooth operations throughout each shift.

This position is part-time, offering flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours and totaling 15 to 28 hours per week. Candidates must be reliable and adaptable to weekend, holiday, morning, day, swing, and evening shifts as store needs dictate. Physical stamina and agility are required due to the fast-paced nature of the job and the necessity to stand, walk, and multitask for extended periods. Experience in food service or retail is preferred, and certification such as a Food Handling Certificate is an advantage.
