- Food handler and TABC certifications
- Proven experience working in the restaurant or cafe industry
- Sound knowledge of proper food handling and cafe procedures
- Firm foundation in latte art and drink building
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills (table maintenance)

- Working knowledge of an espresso machine, tea, pour-overs, etc
- Greeting guests
- Ability to describe our menu items in detail
- Knowledge about all food allergies for guest well-being
- Table maintenance and resets
- Drink and food running
- Setup/closing break-down
