In addition to culinary duties, the role requires maintaining cash control, till management, and supporting cleaning and daily operations to uphold an orderly and clean environment.

Beyond technical skills, SCHEELS emphasizes cultivating a positive team culture and a professional atmosphere. Associates are expected to be punctual, professional in appearance and attitude, and contribute positively to the team. The company values efficiency, teachability, and a genuine commitment to customer service, encouraging employees to grow as knowledge experts in their roles. The role requires flexibility, with shifts scheduled between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an average of 20 hours per week. Starting wages begin at $15 per hour, reflecting SCHEELS' commitment to rewarding its dedicated workforce.

SCHEELS is an equal employment opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is respected and accommodations are provided as needed. This job offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about sports, food service, and customer engagement to develop professionally in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The position demands physical activity, including lifting between 10 to 50 pounds and performing various movements throughout the shift, ensuring energetic and active engagement in all assigned tasks. Associates must meet SCHEELS' dress and grooming standards to maintain the store's welcoming environment.
