We are currently hiring immediately for a full-time Barista position located at Merritt 7 Corporate Park South in Norwalk, Connecticut. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $20.00. The work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, with further scheduling details to be discussed during the interview process. The Barista will play a key role in preparing and serving coffee and espresso beverages alongside related food and beverage items while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

As a Barista with CulinArt, you will be responsible for using your prior experience in coffee preparation to meet the diverse needs of a varied customer base. Your tasks will include preparing espresso orders accurately by following standard recipes, managing payment transactions through a point of sale system, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of your service area in compliance with HACCP food safety guidelines. You will engage warmly with customers, providing them with information about menu offerings and assisting them with purchase decisions to enhance their overall experience. Your attention to detail will extend to maintenance of equipment cleanliness, proper food presentation, and consistent portion control to uphold the company’s standards.
