As a Barista within this Starbucks licensed store, you will play a crucial role in creating positive connections with customers and teammates alike. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • adhere to store operating policies and standards including delivering quality beverages and food products cash handling and maintaining store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
  • engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication
  • prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests including adjustments in temperature ingredient quantities or substitutions
  • be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
