The Sodexo Barista position at Parkview Hospital Randallia is a full-time opportunity that pays $17 to $18 per hour. This role involves weekday morning shifts with specific details shared during the interview process. As a Barista, you will be a vital part of the Sodexo hospitality team where your primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service combined with the skillful preparation of hand-crafted, high-quality beverages like coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and more. In this role, you will be responsible for educating guests on beverage options and employing suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Your tasks will include managing the coffee bar and cart supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and responsibly handling cash transactions according to company procedures. Physical aspects of the job include considerable mobility demands such as standing or walking for extended periods, and lifting weights up to 50 pounds, ensuring that you are actively engaged throughout your shift. You will also collaborate with the team to uphold food safety, sanitation standards, and inventory controls.
