Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including occasional weekends
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily
Job Qualifications

- Ability to prepare coffee and espresso drinks
- Experience handling cash and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS system
- Accepts cash and charge payments
- Replenishes condiments and supplies
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of service area
- Ensures proper food presentation and portion control
- Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly
- Greets customers courteously
- Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Relays customer concerns to supervisors
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently
- Explains daily menu items accurately
- Promotes selling techniques to customers
- Merchandises food attractively
- Performs other duties as assigned
