As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and food products following Starbucks’ standard recipes or customer-specific adjustments. The role involves engagement through clear, pleasant communication and understanding of customer needs to create personalized experiences. Besides beverage preparation, Baristas assist in maintaining store safety, handling cash transactions, and performing various in-store tasks to ensure smooth operation throughout each shift.
