Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of barista experience preferred
- current food handler's permit
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- must enjoy working with coffee and gelato items
- basic math skills
- ability to interpret policies and procedures
- must possess excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
- ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Café provides
- responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the Café
- confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
- ensures the Café area is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
- delivers excellent customer service to all customers
- prepares coffee and espresso drinks
- samples and serves gelato
- serves baked goods
- receives and stocks product for the Café
- cashiers for products purchased at the Café
- assists as needed to ensure the success of the Bakery as a whole
