Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • minimum two years related experience and/or training in front-of-house operations or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
  • basic food preparation skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • adherence to club policies and safety regulations
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor and teamwork
  • Serve Safe Food Handler certificate

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • two years related experience and/or training in front-of-the-house operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ability to communicate well in English
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Outlook and point-of-sale (POS) electronic ordering system
  • Serve Safe Food Handler certificate
  • ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked café environment
  • prepares and serves coffee, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to established standards
  • prepares and assembles café-style food items, including sandwiches, salads, and paninis, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
  • provides prompt, friendly, and attentive service to members and guests
  • performs all POS duties, including accurate order entry and payment processing
  • assists with opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • demonstrates product knowledge and confidently answers guest questions regarding menu items
