Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- minimum two years related experience and/or training in front-of-house operations or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
- basic food preparation skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- adherence to club policies and safety regulations
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor and teamwork
- Serve Safe Food Handler certificate
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- two years related experience and/or training in front-of-the-house operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to communicate well in English
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Outlook and point-of-sale (POS) electronic ordering system
- Serve Safe Food Handler certificate
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- strong customer service and communication skills
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintains a clean, organized, and well-stocked café environment
- prepares and serves coffee, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to established standards
- prepares and assembles café-style food items, including sandwiches, salads, and paninis, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
- provides prompt, friendly, and attentive service to members and guests
- performs all POS duties, including accurate order entry and payment processing
- assists with opening and closing procedures as assigned
- demonstrates product knowledge and confidently answers guest questions regarding menu items
