Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- experience with hand use including grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
- capability to bend twist squat and reach
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to handle cold and hot temperature conditions
- ability to work in wet and dry environments
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- skillful use of tools and equipment including knives box cutters electric pallet jacks
- may require ladder use

Job Duties
- Weighs prices and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus and stays updated on specials
- follows cash handling procedures
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper rotation
- completes spoilage and transfer records
- arrives on time and ready to work all scheduled shifts
- provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques
- maximizes sales through proper prepping storing rotating stocking and merchandising
- complies with health sanitation and safety regulations
- maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening mid and closing duties
- immediately reports safety hazards
- performs other duties as assigned
