Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must follow cash-handling procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Customer service related work experience
  • Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation standards, and inventory control systems
  • Certification as Starbucks Barista if required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and provide quick, friendly, and personalized service
  • Mix and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
  • Maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of beverages and food items
  • Educate guests about menu offerings and initiate suggestive selling
  • Arrange coffee bar/cart supplies and cups/mugs to create attractive displays
  • Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, and preparation areas regularly
  • Handle sales transactions, operate cash registers, and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds regularly
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs
