Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- able to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- quick learner with the ability to follow oral and written instructions
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

- craft high-quality coffee and beverage products
- engage warmly and effectively with customers
- prepare food items according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- maintain store cleanliness and safety
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- collaborate with team members to support store operations
