We are currently hiring baristas for weekend and evening shifts with a clear preference for candidates who have at least one year of experience in specialty coffee, particularly those who are passionate about espresso. This is a non-seasonal position requiring availability for at least five shifts a week, including Sundays. Our baristas will thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters personal and professional growth while consistently delivering amazing customer service. Baristas will also be responsible for keeping the shop clean and organized, tending to dishes and trash, and providing water to customers proactively.

In addition to beverage preparation, the role involves educating customers about various coffee regions, brewing methods, and beer styles, contributing to an engaging and informative environment. Schedule flexibility is essential, as shifts may include extended hours, holiday coverage, and event participation. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a genuine liking for coffee, and be willing to perform cleaning duties for most of their shifts.
