Job Requirements
- like or be able to consume coffee
- willing to clean for the majority of the shift
- enjoy talking to people
- flexible availability for five shifts including Sundays
- able to work night and weekend hours
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Qualifications
- at least one year of experience in specialty coffee
- strong interest and knowledge in espresso
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and educate customers
- organized and detail-oriented
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- work night and weekend shifts including Sundays
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- educate customers on coffee regions, brewing methods, and beer styles
- proactively perform shop maintenance tasks such as clearing dishes, managing trash, and refilling water
- adapt to flexible scheduling needs including holiday and event coverage
- foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members
