Job Duties
- Greet customers, present bakery and drink menus, answer questions and offer recommendations
- take orders while paying attention to details
- prepare barista style beverages following recipes
- serve beverages with aesthetically pleasing presentation
- maintain a clean and tidy work area, including coffee and drink making equipment and comply with safety regulations
- act as part of the training team and ensure that baristas have all the knowledge and skills needed to succeed
