Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
- Valid Washington Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to operate POS and handle cash and charge payments
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS device and handles payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of service area and equipment
- Ensures food presentation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures
- Greets customers courteously and assists with menu explanations
- Performs cleaning and other assigned duties
