This role involves operating point-of-sale systems and cash registers, managing financial transactions accurately, and adhering to stringent cash handling procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area is essential, along with restocking items and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Baristas set up and break down the coffee bar, helping to create an efficient and organized work environment.
