The Barista role involves providing exceptional customer service at Whitworth University, crafting high-quality, hand-made beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café lattes, tea, chai, and fruit blended drinks customized to meet customer preferences. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $17.13 to $20 per hour and requires the ability to work varying morning and afternoon/evening shifts. As a Barista, you will be expected to greet guests warmly, maintain good customer relations, arrange supplies aesthetically, adhere to sanitation and inventory control standards, and operate cash registers efficiently while recording sales and collecting payments.

Additionally, the position demands physical stamina, including the ability to walk or stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
