Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and beverage preparation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- professional appearance and positive attitude
- cash handling and basic pos system knowledge
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- take and serve beverage and light food orders accurately and efficiently
- personalize service by remembering guest preferences when possible
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other specialty beverages to recipe standards
- maintain knowledge of seasonal offerings and menu changes
- ensure consistency in presentation and taste
