Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment

Job Duties
- Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adhere to store operating policies and standards including delivering quality beverages and food products cash handling and maintaining store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and respond effectively through clear and friendly communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them based on customer requests including adjustments in temperature ingredient quantities or substitutions
- Be flexible and available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
