Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee and tea and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices
- Be a coffee and tea expert by learning and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests by creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment
- Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for employees and guests
- Contribute by maintaining tidiness, organizing stock, innovating and taking initiative
- Engage in team values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
