The position of Barista at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about premium coffee and tea to join a socially responsible and guest-focused company. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for coffee and tea and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

  • Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional service
