Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Ability to engage with and understand customers to respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products prepared to standard or customized recipes
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and meet their needs
- Follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling and maintaining store safety and security
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store to support daily operations
- Build relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
