We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Bean & Gone. In this role, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas, ensuring each cup meets our high standards of quality and taste. The Barista plays a crucial part in the customer experience by greeting patrons warmly, taking detailed orders that account for individual preferences, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This position requires hands-on experience with coffee brewing equipment, an understanding of flavor profiles, and excellent communication skills. The Barista will also handle payment transactions efficiently and comply with all health and safety regulations.
