The Barista role at Kith is a key frontline position located at the West Hollywood store, available on a full-time or part-time basis, with a competitive pay rate of $21.00-$22.00 per hour plus tips. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the guest’s overall dining experience by delivering exceptional beverage service at the bar area. The Barista uses their bartending skills to craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that exceed guest expectations. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar environment and partnering closely with Front of House, Back of House, and Management teams, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. This role demands a thorough understanding of all in-house beverage options and menu items, enabling the Barista to confidently respond to guest inquiries and provide allergen information when necessary. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the food and beverage industry. The Barista also contributes to inventory management, cleanliness, housekeeping duties, and supports special events or projects to uphold the brand’s high standards.
