Job Requirements
- Open and flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as holidays
- Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business’ needs require
- Valid Food Handler License/Certificate or ServSafe License/Certificate is required
- 2+ years in the food & beverage industry
- 1+ year(s) of bartending experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume customer facing role
- 1+ years processing cash and card transactions through a POS system
- Multi-tasking while maintaining an upbeat and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift and move 30lbs
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler License/Certificate or ServSafe License/Certificate
- 2+ years in the food & beverage industry
- 1+ year(s) of bartending experience
- 2+ years in a high-volume customer facing role
- 1+ years processing cash and card transactions through a POS system

Job Duties
- Welcomes all guests and informs them of any specials, new menu items, while answering any questions they may have
- Preparing all ingredients required for all beverage options on the menu, including but not limited to coffee(s), tea(s), juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sterilized countertop/bar area
- Serve any guest(s) sitting around the bar/countertop area, while preparing all beverage orders placed by the Front of House team
- Remain educated on all food and beverage offerings on our menu, including individual ingredients to ensure potential allergens are communicated with all guests
- Continuously manage and maintain physical inventories of all beverage options as well as required ingredients, to prevent any possible sell-through
- Immediately address any customer issues, questions, and overall comments
- they will properly partner with the Management team to address any matters that they are unable to resolve on their own for the guest(s)
- Effectively communicate any inventory needs, maintenance issues or overall concerns with the Management team
- Assist F&B leadership team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard food & beverage operations
- Assist with the planning and execution of any on/off-site events, including but not limited to pop-up events, private guests’ events held outside of normal business hours
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized café, by completing any standard cleaning procedures commonly associated with a food & beverage outpost.
