The role of Barista at Heritage Hotels & Resorts is a unique and meaningful position that extends beyond simply preparing beverages. This role is essential in setting the tone for every guest's experience by crafting quality coffee and specialty beverages that embody the standards of the entire operation. The Barista is responsible for transforming routine coffee service into memorable moments by exhibiting consistency, precision, and warmth in guest interactions. They are the first point of contact for guests seeking not only a beverage but also a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

In this role, a Barista will support the overall guest experience by delivering warm, engaging service and maintaining high standards of presentation that reflect the luxury and authenticity synonymous with Heritage Hotels & Resorts. Crafting beverages with care, including latte art and specialty presentations, is a key part of the daily work. Moreover, maintaining clean and organized coffee stations and service areas, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and presenting a polished, professional appearance at all times are paramount.

The Barista role also offers a chance to be part of an organization that is deeply connected to its community, emphasizes personal and professional growth, and champions a supportive, people-first work culture rooted in New Mexico pride. Employees enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including a 401k match, generous discounts across hotels, restaurants, spa, retail, and complimentary meals during shifts.
