Job Requirements
- Strong beverage preparation and presentation skills
- excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities
- ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- experience curating coffee and speciality drinks is a plus
- current Alcohol Server Certification may be required
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 20+ pounds
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, including latte art and specialty presentations
- deliver warm, professional, and engaging guest service
- greet guests promptly and offer thoughtful beverage recommendations
- support bartenders and assist with beverage service flow as needed
- maintain consistent beverage quality, timing, and presentation standards
- keep coffee stations, bar areas, and service spaces clean and organized
- uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards
- maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
