The position of Barista at Sodexo, located at Allina Abbott Northwestern Hospital, offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour. As a Barista, your duties extend beyond beverage preparation. You will be the face of Sodexo in this client-facing role, ensuring that every guest receives a quick, friendly, and personalized service. Maintaining excellent customer relations and efficient service delivery is crucial. You will manage the coffee bar and cart, arrange supplies to create appealing displays, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and surrounding areas. The role requires a high level of physical activity including standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Cash handling and sales recording are also an integral part of your responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
