As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you will be responsible for creating a memorable customer experience by delivering fast, friendly service and providing consistent, high-quality beverage products. Beyond just preparing coffee, this role requires engaging with customers by greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and educating them about the products offered. You will also utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote gift cards, merchandise, and additional complementary items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Managing transactions through timely and friendly ordering, payment processing, and careful cash handling are also key components of this position.

Operationally, the Barista helps maintain the store's cleanliness, ensures equipment is cleaned and functioning properly, and optimizes workflow efficiency through restocking supplies and merchandise.
