Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
  • Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every drink
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
