Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of a high-volume bar
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 30lbs
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment
- Genuine interest in coffee origins, roasting, and preparation
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques
Job Duties
- Maintain the quality of espresso throughout the shift, adjusting grind and dose as needed
- Steam silky micro foam for traditional and specialty drinks, executing latte art when possible
- Educate guests on menu options and coffee selections
- Manage high-volume rushes with speed and precision
- Keep the workstation and espresso machine clean and well-maintained
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
