- Previous experience as a barista, particularly in a high-end or specialty café setting

- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and an efficient work environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations
- Process transactions accurately, following system protocols and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station that is well-stocked and efficient for daily operations
- Collaborate with team members on inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste
