Job Requirements
- no prior retail experience required
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
- ability to perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to safely use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require use of ladders
- must arrive to work station on time, groomed and ready to work
- must work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings

Job Duties
- weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
- understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials and menu changes
- follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
- monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
- completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs timely and effectively
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of products
- complies with established procedures including weights and measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
- maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by leadership
