Job Requirements
- Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
- must be able and willing to lift 15+ lbs
- must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- must be at least 18 years old or meet local labor laws
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and establish rapport with guests, proactively engaging them in conversations during their stay
- take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times according to customer requirements
- perform food preparation tasks such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea
- set up, restock, and break down food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables
- restock kitchen supplies and rotate food
- accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary
- maintain clean and orderly cash station area and stock it with various supplies and products
- may be assigned other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
