Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to learn about coffee and tea products
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Must comply with safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices with guests
  • Become a coffee and tea expert through provided training and share this expertise with guests
  • Generate new guests by building a loyal customer base both in-store and online
  • Maintain safety by prioritizing the health and safety of employees and guests
  • Contribute to the store's tidiness, organize stock, and innovate new ways to improve tasks
  • Take initiative with tasks and ideas to support the overall success of the store
