Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks coffee and specialty beverages with attention to detail

- maintain a clean organized workspace and follow proper food safety standards
- collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- build genuine connections with regular customers and contribute to a positive cafe environment
- support inventory management and restocking as needed
