As a barista at Haraz, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages that meet our high standards. You will be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service to ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your role will involve operating espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and supporting the overall smooth operation of the café. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for coffee and a desire to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Requirements

Ability to greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
Skill in preparing and serving coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and pastries
Experience or willingness to learn to operate espresso machines and brewing equipment
Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
Proficiency in handling cash and card transactions accurately
Willingness to assist with inventory management and daily café tasks
Effective team collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

Previous barista or café experience preferred, but not required
Passion for coffee, tea, and creating a welcoming environment
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties

Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and pastries according to Haraz standards
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including café seating and counters
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations
