Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for six hours or more per shift
- Capability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
- Perform cleaning, restocking, trash emptying, and sanitizing duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work on feet and stand for long periods
- Effective communication with confidence and integrity
- Positive and pleasant attitude
- Ability to listen and take critical feedback
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Food Handler's Card
- Availability to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Perform daily operations of the coffee stand including employee duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and stand
- Report maintenance needs
- Ensure quality control of products during shifts and customer interactions
- Handle cash and operate POS systems
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Complete financial reporting per shift
- Work independently or with team to deliver quality service
- Resolve customer challenges with excellent service
- Communicate customer feedback to management
- Participate respectfully with coworkers and management
- Maintain positive staff morale
- Prepare high-quality beverages consistently
- Stay knowledgeable about products
