Job Duties

Complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and equipment
clean all equipment and areas
lock doors securely
organize, stock, and maintain work areas
enter orders into the point-of-sale system and accept customer payments
take and process orders through the MICROS system
prepare food and coffee beverages
ensure appliances like coffee machines are turned on and off at appropriate times
clean tables and coffee bar areas
maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
ensure proper change is available for transactions
reconcile cash register at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure cash funds
comply with all company safety policies and procedures
report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
complete required safety training and certifications
maintain a neat and professional personal appearance and uniform
protect company confidentiality and assets
support colleagues with dignity and respect
assist the team in achieving common goals
meet quality assurance standards
move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
visually read and verify information in various formats
inspect tools, equipment, or machinery for defects
handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, crawl, and lean
maneuver through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
ascend and descend stairs and service ramps
greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
communicate clearly and professionally with others
answer telephone calls using proper etiquette
perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors
