Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or café environment a plus
- Ability to use technology including registers and tablets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Welcome customers in a cheerful and helpful manner
- Answer customer questions and connect them with suitable café items
- Unpack and stock deliveries accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the café and bake case
- Operate registers efficiently and provide professional customer service
- Prepare food and beverages following recipes and safety guidelines
- Support the bookfloor team as needed
