Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including overtime
- Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Completion of Tips Server Training within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve consistently outstanding beverages by adhering to recipe standards
- Proactively engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a clean and organized space for guests and coworkers in all areas of the café, kitchenette, and patio
- Assist with setup, cleanup, inventory and stock work
- Perform a variety of tasks including clearing tables of mugs, glasses or dishes, washing mugs, glasses and dishes, cleaning and organizing coffee/condiment station, and taking out trash
- Adhere to proper safety guidelines at all times
- Assist a variety of duties and tasks as directed
