Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Willingness to comply with HSEQ policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual with professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage guests and colleagues
Job Qualifications

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of equipment cleanliness and maintenance
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and create a positive experience
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
- Serve ready-to-eat food items such as pasties, muffins, biscotti, bagels, sandwiches, and salads
- Maintain and sanitize work and service areas
- Operate cash registers and self-service kiosks accurately
- Manage product inventory by ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating supplies
- Follow health, safety, and quality standards including HACCP temperature control
- Build respectful relationships with teammates, guests, and vendors
- Adhere to uniform and professional appearance guidelines
